How does the 2-weeks-free promo work?

When you sign a one-year lease, your first two weeks of rent are free. We apply the credit to the start of your lease so you can move in, set up, and start booking clients without rent pressure during the transition.

Can I customize the suite?

Yes — paint, decor, signage, and minor modifications are encouraged with our approval. We want every tenant's brand to come through clearly, while keeping the shared spaces and exterior consistent.

What's included in the rent?

All utilities (electric, water, internet), climate control, 24/7 access, shared bathrooms and water station, social media spotlights for active tenants, and access to our marketing collaboration network.

Do you offer referral bonuses?

Yes. Existing tenants who refer a new tenant get one week of rent free (redeemable at lease end). External partners — realtors, beauty schools, supply stores — earn $100 per signed one-year lease referral.

How quickly can I move in?

Most new tenants move in within 7–14 days of signing. We'll walk you through the lease, set up your Bluetooth access, and help you announce your new location to your clients on our social channels.
